All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

• Domestic (Kuwait): A flat shipping rate is provided for domestic shipping (2 KD).
  
• International: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. its beasd on the wight and the location for the country. 
  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KOOKNN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery to Customer

• Orders will always be sent to the customer in flyers.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure his contact and shipping information is correct.
  
• Delivery to the customer will be under the following conditions:

1. If the contact/shipping info provided by the customer is incorrect, delivery may not be possible and the shipment will be destroyed.
   
2. It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the shipping company to receive the shipment. 
3. If for any reason the order was sent by us( KOOKNN) and could not be delivered to the customer, the shipment will be destroyed.
